My approach
Grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, my counseling style is empathetic, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. I believe in creating a safe and validating space for clients to explore their experiences, process emotions, and develop resilience in the face of adversity. Through a combination of psychoeducation, skill-building, and therapeutic interventions, I aim to empower clients to heal from past traumas, manage anxiety and depression symptoms, and cultivate meaningful change in their lives.
