I have 29 years of experience in both higher education and K-12 schools, and have worked extensively with adults, mentoring and coaching adult learners and educators through professional and personal transitions. Whether you’re facing anxiety, struggling with procrastination, or simply looking for tools to enhance your mental health, I am prepared to walk with you to help you reach your goals.

For 29 years, I have worked in the field of Educational Leadership where I mentored and
coached individuals to reach their educational goals and improve their practices for student success. I have more than 15 years of experience advising and teaching adult learners and I am committed to helping you find your path of growth and healing.
