Welcome

You deserve to feel loved, valued, and worthy of what life has to offer. Sometimes getting to this place requires someone to be in solidarity with you, to help you process your thoughts, identify obstacles, embrace new behaviors, and adopt new ways of living and being. I am passionate about working with adults who are experiencing life transitions, balancing family, school, and/or work responsibilities as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. I am also passionate about working with individuals that come from family traditions that may have caused them to shy away from therapy.
