Welcome 

Life can be overwhelming and full of questions. I chose to become a clinical social worker because I believe that everyone’s story is significant, and I want to walk with others through life’s challenges and joys. As a therapist, I provide an inclusive and safe place for you to express your feelings, concerns, your dreams and your fears. I will meet you where you are in life to guide and empower you to live a more fulfilling life and help you recognize your value and the unique gifts that you bring to others.

Education 

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas, currently working under the professional and clinical supervision of Dayna Gurley, LCSW-S, CCTS, ACM. I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia. I have experience working with patients and their families who have struggled with the effects of strokes and other neurological disorders, veterans, and adults with substance use issues.

My Approach

I am collaborative, non-judgmental and supportive. I use a holistic and strengths-based approach where I focus on individuals in their entirety and the strengths that they possess. I use different therapeutic approaches, based on my clients’ goals and needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy and person-centered therapy.
